Welcome to Guest Ready. By creating an account or paying for membership, you agree to these terms.
Guest Ready is a guided daily plan to help you get a home Guest Ready and keep it that way. It is a self-serve program, not a cleaning service, inspection, or professional advice. You decide what is safe and reasonable in your home.
Membership is $12.99 per month or $69.99 per year. There is no free trial. Payment is processed by Stripe. Membership renews until you cancel.
You can cancel anytime. You keep access through the end of the period you already paid for. Taxes may apply depending on where you live.
You're responsible for the email and password you use, and for activity on your account. Please keep your login to yourself.
Photos and notes you add stay yours. You give us permission to store and display them so the app can work for you. Don't upload anything you don't have the right to share.
Use Guest Ready for your own home. Don't try to break, scrape, or misuse the service, or use it in a way that harms other people.
We work to keep the app running, but we can't promise it will always be up, error-free, or available in every location. Features may change as we improve the program.
Guest Ready is provided as-is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for cleaning results in your home. If we are found liable, our responsibility is limited to the membership fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we'll post the new date on this page. Continued use after that means you accept the updated terms.
