Guest Ready is a daily home-reset program. This page explains what we collect and why, in plain language.

What we collect

• Account. Email, display name, and password.
• Your home snapshot. Rooms, scores, plan settings, and progress so we can show Today and keep your plan in sync across devices.
• Photos you add. Optional before/after photos for rooms. You can delete them from Profile.
• Membership. Whether your plan is active. Card details are handled by Stripe — we do not store your full card number.
• Device cache. A copy of your home snapshot may be stored on this device so the app still works if you're offline.

How we use it

We use this information to run your account, build and update your plan, process membership, and improve Guest Ready. We do not sell your personal information.

Who helps us run the app

We use trusted services to host the app, store account data, and process payments. They only get what they need to do that job.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and home snapshot while your account exists. If you delete your account, we remove the personal data we control. Payment records may be kept by Stripe as required for billing and tax.

Your choices

You can update reminders, delete photos, start over on this device, or delete your account from Profile. To ask a question or request a copy of your data, email hello@guestready.house.

Kids

Guest Ready is for adults. It is not directed at children under 13.
